Colour Sensor module

A colour recognition sensor works by emitting light through a transmitter, and then detecting the reflected light by using a receiver. It is used to detect the received light intensity for red, blue and green respectively, making it possible to determine the colour of the target object, since most of the colours can be devised through a combination of red, blue and green. The sensor is designed in such a way that 4 bright LEDs light the object and then the light reflecting from that is used by the sensor to detect the colour.
